The Korean Maritime and Ocean University (KMOU) has warmly welcomed a delegation from Kenya in a visit aimed at deepening maritime cooperation, advancing training opportunities, and strengthening partnerships between the two nations.

The Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology (KIMFT) this week opened its doors to a high-level Kenyan delegation in a visit aimed at strengthening maritime training and cooperation between the two nations.

When Bandari Maritime Academy (BMA) CEO Dr. Eric Katana boarded a flight to South Korea this week, it wasn’t just another official trip. It was a journey with a mission — to inspect a training vessel that promises to change the future of seafaring for Kenyan cadets.
