Welcome to KADMOS SEAFARERS TRAINING AND MANNING LIMITED. We are an online seafarers training institution with one goal: to empower thousands of qualified Kenyan Youth (Graduates from the Polytechnics and the National Youth Service (NYS)) in response to the escalating unemployment challenges in our nation. We are dedicated to empowering the Kenyan Youth to seize the abundant opportunities within the maritime industry. By providing comprehensive training, our goal is to equip our students for successful careers in the rapidly expanding global shipping industry. Through dedicated training and mentorship, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment, fostering a generation of skilled seafarers who can excel in the global maritime industry. We are committed to bridging the gap in the number of Kenyan Seafarers working on the seagoing Merchants.
